If you’re doing things right, your receiving feedback and questions from visitors to your website either from comments on your blog/content, or via web forms you provide for inquiries.

Hopefully you’re either using a CRM (Customer Relantionship Management) software with your website or keeping track of the names, emails and questions in an spreadsheet.

You’ve also most likely responded to the particular question or comment once before, but that’s not enough.

If you’ve responded and not heard back since your response, you’ve still got a warm lead to capitalize on.

Keep in Touch

Group all the contacts that have contacted you then disappeared, and send out an email. This email could promote a special your offering, new updates to the website, or anything else that’s related and can help you turn these warm leads into customers. Bring them back in the loop, sell yourself, and rope in clients that have already expressed interest.

People are busy with many things on their mind, and we sometimes need to be a little persistent in reminding them and encouraging them to take part in our business.
