They fail and quit when they begin to learn that there is a lot to know and a lot of effort needed to succeed. Of course, that can be said about all endeavors that are worth pursuing. Here are 5 tips to get you headed in the right direction
1.  Increase your knowledge. If you want to be a successful Internet marketer, then you must embrace the fact tat there is a lot to learn and know. Start reading. Pursue your dream if it’s important to you.
2.  Join IM forums. Talk to the professional marketers. You will find a wealth of knowledge and well-wishing honest support within them.
3.  Opt-in to free IM newsletters. Knowledge is the goal, and this is another road to knowledge.
4.  Use free tools that analyze your web site’s performance. Do a search for “website tools”. You will find a load of great, free information and tools to increase your knowledge base.
5.  Be persistent. Those who wish for immediate results are not being realistic. To be one of the 5% that succeed, you have to go that extra mile and stay when others fall away - and they will. Don’t quit. If you do, you will never know what could have been.
