Has CNN been babbling about a neighborhood that’s property values have risen throughout the recent market turmoil? Great, go write up an article right now about that neighborhood, why it’s keeping its value, and why some of your sales territories are doing the same (or not).
Any topic thats being hotly discussed in the media that pertains to real estate, whether or not its happening in your exact area, is a great opportunity to capture the larger interest of readers. People will be searching for information related to these breaking stories and issues, and knowing that gives you an upper hand to help sell yourself and your properties.
Don’t just talk news
Don’t repeat the stories. You need to look at the issue and pull the strands out — with our rising property value story, for example, you can write an article called “Why property values can grow during a bust”. Or something like that.
