When potential clients look for lawyers and lawfirms online, they usually end up looking in two places: searching Google with keywords, or finding a Lawyer Directory and searching that.
We’ve been discussing different ways to become prominent on Google and getting your PageRank up, so today we’ll take a look at the other side of the coin.
Lawyer Listings & Directories
There are many, many directories out there, some are free, some charge a little, some charge a lot. Many of the ones that charge fees offer 3-6 months free trial listing, which can help you gage whether or not investing in the listing is worthwhile.
Most of these directories also offer a forum in which you can answer questions and further promote your lawfirm and expertise.
