Your number one enemy as a Medical Practice marketing online is visitor attrition.
We’re all guilty of it, we surf on to a website, and if we can’t easily find what we want or just don’t ‘get’ the site, we’re gone.
Poof. Just like that.
Your visitors have an agenda. They don’t want to surf to admire how nicely the site is designed, or read empty copy that doesn’t convey any information or add to their knowledge.
Most likely visitors looking for your site want one of or a combination of the following things:
- Your contact information to make an appointment.
- Details about your practice, to consider making an appointment.
- Proof of your knowledge/success, to consider making an appointment.
In every instance, the ultimate goal of the visitor is to find you, understand you’re good, and determine where you are, and how to get in touch with you.
If your website isn’t quickly and easily answering these questions, go back to the drawing board. Start with copy, and build a site that can deliver that copy in an effective and straight forward way. Teach and tell: Show them why, and then advise them on the ways they can contact you, or ask you to contact them.
