When a browser stops by your Realty website, you need to give them options to stay in touch. Most people land on a website, check it out, then continue on to another one. People forget which site was which and what the URL was even for websites they really liked!

Wikipedia says that “RSS makes it possible for people to keep up with web sites in an automated manner that can be piped into special programs or filtered displays.”
Keep up with and automated are the perks here. If a browser likes your houses, your region, and your website, they can get updates and bookmark your site with a single click. Now that they’ve subscribed to your RSS Feed they get all updates you make sent directly to their email or feed reader, and now have a direct link back to your actual website put in front of them on a regular basis. When you post new properties, those that were interested in your website and subscribed will be notified automatically, and this notification can bring them back into your realm of influence, upping your chances to turn them from a lead into a customer.
NEWSLETTERS
Services like FeedBlitz allow you to syndicate your posts straight to customer emails or to send out newsletters to subscribers.
This allows you to put together informative news, facts, and recent listings and send them out on a regular basis to people that are already interested in what you’re selling. This will get them back on the website, and hopefully it will get them to contact you directly about a property.
