Video captures your visitors attention better than static pictures — are you using it to promote your properties and your realtor practice?
Using services like YouTube to host your video for free, for a little work on your part you can make walk through videos of your properties to give visitors an indepth, narrated experience of properties, which in turn will result in more conversions as people contact you to see it in person.
Photographs are limited in what they can show, as far as the flow of a home and the real dimensions of its spaces. Do walk through tours, describing features as you might if you were with the customer in person, upload to a free video service, and imbed it right into your property listing or other content page.
It’s a great way to capture attention and start giving your visitors a much richer experience than they’ll find at other competitor sites who rely on a few snapshots with poor lighting.
