With the growing competition between online realtor websites, you need to offer more than a photo of the property and a link to your email.
Buyers want to know as much as possible without having to look hard. That means that once you get them to your website with SEM and SEO tricks, you need to have the goods to seal the deal.
What’s an ‘Enhanced Property Listing’?
Enhanced property listings go above and beyond a typical listing. While most sites will offer 1-4 photos of the property, the number of rooms/bathrooms and square footage, this information alone won’t be enticing enough to get the client to get in touch to see the house.
Your listing should have:
- Lot’s of Photos: Different angles of each room, sides of the house, view of the house, impressive details of the house (granite kitchen counters?), and more. Virtual tours are even better, offering 360 views of each section of the house. Let them see it without getting out of their chair.
- Details of the House: Square footage, year built, type of siding, details of recent renovations, property and school tax information, market value details for the neighborhood.
- Neighbor Hood Details: Is there a Starbucks around the corner? Tell me. Is the street well taken care of and charming? Show me. Let them know where this great house is situated, and motivate them to take action.
