As a real estate agent, people are bouncing questions off of you all the time.
They want to understand how a mortgage works, how they apply, what the neighborhood is like, how good are the schools, etc… You’re so used to hearing them and answering them that you might not even realize that these people are giving you the best ideas for content.
Pick a few of the most common questions you field from clients and sit down to write up a short article about it for your website. While writing, make sure you’re using good keywords in the title and text, and it’s probably a good idea to throw the “How to” or “What is” into the title as well (ex. How to apply for a mortgage).
Pay attention to what people are asking or are unsure or misguided about, and keep short notes. These are your gold mine topics to write about and drive traffic to your website.
