With the explosion of Social Media, studies have shown that third party recommendations are more influential in consumer spending than any form of advertising, and this applies to your Real Estate business, too.
Speak with some past customers and ask them for a good word about your services. Get as many together as you can and make their recommendations prominent on your website. Consider adding a page that has a collection of testimonials in addition to scattering the quotes throughout the listings.
You want people to trust your expertise. By letting others speak on your behalf it ads credence and will result in more customers taking the next step and contacting you about your properties and services.
