Undoubtedly you bring a lot of expertise and knowledge to your website, and when you collaborate with other experts you can make your website an even more powerful resource to visitors, increasing traffic and turning more visitors into high potential leads.
You’ve probably already written several articles about the properties you represent and the neighborhoods you operate in. How about bringing on another expert to discuss related issues that are a bit beyond your area of expertise, whatever those limits may be.
Here are some ideas.
- Find a Mortgage Expert: Potential homebuyers are always looking for information on mortgages at the same time their looking for their new home. Why not ask some of your contacts of other bloggers who specialize in mortgages and ask them to write a few articles as part of a series on getting your first mortgage?
- Non-Competitive Agents: Find other Real Estate Agents that have online presences near your area of operation, but not within it. These non-competitive agents can be a great resource. Share leads and traffic and help each other out.
- Home Improvement Expert: Find a blogging carpenter or home improvement expert and ask them to write a few articles for your site about home improvement. New home buyers almost always have ideas for how to change the house they just bought. Feed their imaginations with some great ideas and get them excited to buy.
