Hopefully you read this post about why your Real Estate business needs a newsletter so you’ll already have one in place. If not, get to it, then read on.
If you’ve begun to grow and maintain an email list you’ve made yourself an awesome marketing tool. This can be used to promote your business in many ways, but today we’ll focus on just one.
Announcing Open Houses or New Listings
If users signed up for your newsletter they are most likely looking for a property in the area. That’s great, because you create new listings and offer open houses all the time. Now you just have to tell them about it.
Send out weekly emails with new properties, announcements, price changes, neighborhood news and mortgage information. Your subscribers will be invited to begin a dialogue with you, see you know your stuff, and not have to remember your web address in order to know about new properties that you’ve listed since their last visit.
Just be careful not to send out too much too often. Anything more than once a week begins to get the tint of spam to it, which is never a good way to approach a potential customer.
