Yahoo has made an agreement to be the sole advertiser on Walmart’s popular online store.
Under the agreement that has yet to be disclosed in specifics, a multi-year deal will allow Yahoo the exclusive right to video and text advertising on the retail giant’s website.
This will allow advertisers to start running ads on the popular ecommerce portal.
This deal will open up an interesting forum for advertisers on a major website with a very large viewing audience.
Yahoo also said that Walmart will join the upcoming AMP platform when it launches later in the year.
